Stay fit at your own pace in our well-equipped exercise room! Enjoy two recumbent bikes, a treadmill, free weights, stability ball, mats, and stretch bands. Perfect for strength, cardio, and flexibility workouts. Open to all fitness levels—come move your body and feel your best!

Two courts near the front entrance are open to the public daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Three courts located behind the building are reserved for Senior Center members during our operating hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). Outside of those hours, these courts are also open to the public and accessible via Campbell Drive.

Due to crowded classes, participants may attend either Wednesday or Friday, but not both.

Birds, sensitive to changes in their environment, are literally canaries in the coal mine when it comes to global environmental issues. Consequently, this 8-week course will cover the biology, ecology, and ethology of the more than 11,000 species of birds that populate our planet as well as global topics of climate and biodiversity.
